PRAXIS3 is excited to be working with developer Rea Ventures on the Madison Reynoldstown project. In partnership with the Atlanta Beltline, Atlanta Housing, Invest Atlanta and others, this important development includes 116 units of affordable housing on the Beltline along with retail space along Memorial Drive and Beltline-facing artist studios. The project represents an important statement by the City of Atlanta regarding the city’s on-going gentrification and increasing lack of affordable and workplace housing.
