PRAXIS3 partnered with Patriot Acura to design Maine’s first and only Acura dealership, a landmark project positioned at a highly visible intersection near the I-95 exit in Scarborough. The new Gen4 facility reflects Acura’s latest brand standards while emphasizing customer experience, efficiency, and operational flow. The dealership spans approximately 23,900 SF and includes 15 service bays, creating a streamlined environment for sales and service operations.
