Lexus of Clearwater

Lexus Clearwater is a dramatic transformation of an existing dealership’s customer interface and brand image. PRAXIS3 assisted AutoNation with providing a brand-compliant design, which also reflected the store’s need to consolidate the sales and service advisors.  The front façade was replaced with taller glazing, a feature blade wall, and a distinctive entry canopy. A portion of the formerly covered plaza was enclosed to expand the Showroom and provide better visibility to the front vehicle display. The interior was gutted and received all new finishes, lighting, millwork, and a custom boutique area.  An additional lane was added to the Service Drive-by reconfiguring the tech support areas, which improved the flow for Service reception. Renovation of the showroom, exterior façade, Service Drive, and shop finishes took place over three phases, so the store could remain operational during construction.
