Madison Reynoldstown

Architecture

Madison Reynoldstown, designed by PRAXIS3, is a joint effort of the Atlanta BeltLine, Atlanta Housing, Invest Atlanta, and Rea Ventures Development. The project delivers 116 units of 100% affordable workforce housing, making it the largest BeltLine-sponsored affordable apartment building to date and a flagship model of inclusive, sustainable design. Its architecture draws from Reynoldstown’s historic character and nearby industrial buildings, expressed through simple forms, steel balconies, and bold façade detailing. Parking is largely accommodated underground, preserving the site for residents and the community. At its core, the development reflects Atlanta’s ongoing commitment that affordable housing should offer the same aesthetic and living standards as market-rate projects.
