The Allene Townhomes project involves the new construction of affordable, for-sale townhouse units steps away from the Beltline. The development consists of three (3) townhouse buildings, offering a total of nineteen (19) units. The buildings are a combination of two and three story townhouse units, with the option for a live-work space on the ground floor of the 3 story units. In addition to the residential units, the project includes covered bike storage, and a communal courtyard. The Allene Townhomes project will seek certification through the National Green Building Standard program, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency throughout the construction process.
