The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen is a multi-story, ground-up pickleball and entertainment destination designed with a refined, country club–inspired atmosphere. The facility features indoor and outdoor courts, a full-service restaurant, indoor and outdoor bars, a café, lounge spaces, virtual golf simulators, and comprehensive environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding design, creating a cohesive and intuitive user experience throughout the facility.

Inspired by the movement, color, and ambiance of nearby Lake Norman, the interior design establishes strong visual and experiential connections to the waterfront context. The “Lake Luxury” concept introduces boutique hospitality design strategies into an athletic-focused environment, elevating the overall user experience and positioning the facility as a premier, multi-use pickleball destination.
