The 1070 Dill Townhomes project consists of the new construction of affordable, for-sale townhouses designed to provide quality housing within the community. This car-free community is a new paradigm for affordability in the City, with its proximity to the Beltline and MARTA station.  The development includes four (4) two-story townhouse buildings, offering a total of twenty-two (22) units. Residents will have access to a communal courtyard and dog park in the center of the site, along with covered bike storage. The 1070 Dill Townhomes will pursue certification through the National Green Building Standard program, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in construction and design.
