Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia

Architecture
Interior Design

Completed in 2002 and located within the Mall of Georgia Design Overlay District in Buford, Georgia, this dealership blends branded elements of the Nissan prototype image with design features developed in response to local overlay requirements. The facility includes an early iteration of a signature glass “car tower” with super graphics at the main entrance, later incorporating vehicle lifts to display multiple cars vertically. Skylights, recessed lighting, and stained, waxed concrete floors contribute to a bright, durable showroom environment. The project also marked PRAXIS3’s early exploration of integrated media, introducing a drop-down screen that anticipated evolving retail and customer engagement strategies.
