The Parkview is a comprehensive renovation of a historic 10-story residential building, originally built in 1923 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project will update apartments and amenities while preserving the building's historic character, including the removal of a non-original structure to enhance the site.

PRAXIS3 designed a full suite of interior and exterior signage for the project. Rooted in the building’s brand identity, the signage incorporates black and gold brand colors, an Art Deco style, and a custom pattern derived from the Parkview logo. Rounded corners echo the curved form of the letter “P” in the logo, reinforcing visual consistency. Key exterior elements include a prominent rooftop sign and a blade sign mounted on the building’s façade.
