750 Ponce DeLeon Place- Existing Retrofit

This building originally served as a carburetor manufacturing plant for the nearby Model T Factory, today known as Ford Factory Square. It is strategically located in the Virginia Highland neighborhood and on the Atlanta Beltline. Sitting on a bluff with striking western views of Downtown and Midtown Atlanta the structure is slated to be renovated as Class A office space. PRAXIS3 has restored the building to its basic historical form and allowed for large open floor plate spaces suitable for modern office uses. In addition, the building addresses the busy Beltline face with a new facade and new active uses.
