Puritan Mill – Industrial Retrofit

A proposed new addition to the successful loft office and showroom complex recalls the form and plan of the existing soap mill buildings in a contemporary office structure. Outdoor space, including a semi-private terrace, gives the planned offices and showrooms a unique setting. For this version, the structure of an existing pre-fabricated 1939 warehouse building has been reused.
