750 Ponce DeLeon Place – New Building

PRAXIS3 was assigned the task of studying a Beltline site for a new small office structure. The study looked at maximizing the site for office use while activating both the street and Beltline sides with active uses. The proposed structure maximizes the amount of office and commercial space allowed by zoning and provides two levels of parking below grade– fronted by Beltline office or retail space. The building is designed to complement the scale and aesthetic of the surrounding neighborhood and adjacent 1940s- 1960s small office and industrial buildings.
