Located in Duluth, Georgia, PRAXIS3’s design includes the renovation of an existing 8-story building. Part of the property will be converted into an Extended Stay, which will include 81 keys, having 12 different room types. The project scope encompassed renovations to the guestrooms, and public spaces including a breakfast/lunch restaurant and guestroom corridors.
This project was completed by PRAXIS3, along with Sims Patrick Studio.
