Porsche Design Study

PRAXIS3’s design study for North Miami Beach proposes a blending of the Porsche Corporate Image program with a multi-story parking structure, due to the extreme land constraints in this area. The parking structure is designed to feature graphic design elements in the stair towers that are very visible along Biscayne Boulevard. The rooftop of the showroom also features a very large outdoor entertainment area for product launches and client parties. This unrealized design was produced for an existing client to create a unique Porsche retail concept for the North Miami Beach market.
