PRAXIS3 provided full architectural services for Prestwick Companies, an Atlanta-based housing developer, for our first affordable housing project in Texas. Liberty Manor is a 72,000 s.f. senior housing community located in the hill country outside Austin. Utilizing a courtyard plan, the two-story building is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional Texas palette of stone, timber, and large roof overhangs. The 68 apartment units enjoy a sizable Community Room and Fitness Center overlooking the pool, as well as Theater, Salon, and Game Rooms. The on-location walking path and dog park allow for other opportunities for community-building.
