Praxis3 and LEVEL5 collaborated with Landmark Bank to develop a new experience that could showcase their superior bank products, promote exceptional customer service, and offer convenience to match the customer’s busy lifestyle by way of a renovation to their flagship retail branch location in the heart of downtown Columbia, Missouri. Praxis3’s integrated design approach was a perfect fit to meet all their needs. The design challenge was to create a financial solutions environment that conveys authenticity and displays a passion for community connection, complete with furniture and finishes that emit a sense of warmth to provide comfort and just the right amount of edge to attract new customers. Art has a tremendous presence within the Landmark space as well as the community. The visual vocabulary of the space takes inspiration from a variety of sources such as local art, imaginative typography, and reinterpretation of iconic elements to reconnect and engage customers. Praxis3 designed the space to house cutting-edge technology which features stand-up banking pods, an online and mobile demonstration area, and high functioning ATM’s.
