KSU: Central Parking Deck

This centrally located, 2,600-space parking deck provides much-needed parking relief at the rapidly expanding university campus, which began as a small commuter college and has steadily grown into one of the largest in Georgia. The 8-level, $26 million structure was successfully delivered within just 9 months as a Design/Build effort by the PRAXIS3 and Choate Construction Company.
